In my time as a broker and with a large company, I learned the requirements for different lenders and how to navigate and negotiate with the big lenders.
Working for smaller companies taught me to prospect for my own business and how to take care of both my clients and referral partners. All my marketing today is by referral, and I’ll always take the time to meet with your referrals and take excellent care of them.
I’ve worked with a variety of clients: congressmen, CEOs of large companies, employees of the CIA and other government agencies. I’ve even worked with a few Washington Capitals players and a couple of Redskins.
